![]() ![]() The Task Force recommendations, each with action items, are organized around six main topic areas or “pillars:” Building Trust and Legitimacy, Policy and Oversight, Technology and Social Media, Community Policing and Crime Reduction, Officer Training and Education, and Officer Safety and Wellness. The Task Force was created to strengthen community policing and trust between law enforcement officers and the communities they serve due to the tragic events that unraveled around the country which have underscored the need for and importance of lasting collaborative relationships. EVESHAM Township council has adopted a 40.5 million budget with more than a million dollar increase from 2020 but without raising local property taxes. Evesham Township residents approved the ballot measure to implement an Open Space Tax six months later on November 3, 1998. And it will help us as we continue to build trust with all we serve. The Evesham Library is proud to serve a bustling and dynamic community. ![]() The library offers an expansive reading area, Teen Zone, Children’s department, meeting and study rooms and more. With a strong foundation of transparency, trust and service with respect, the Evesham Police Department is using these pillars to build an even better agency-a model police department for the 21st Century. The library joined BCLS in 1975 and after many years of temporary locations, its permanent home is now in the Evesham Township Municipal Building. ![]()
